Most security cameras have a static IP information programmed and could be missing certain information for communicating to the outside world.  Here is a list of items to check.

  1. Check to see if a DNS server has been programmed into the camera
  2. Check to see if a Gateway has been programmed into the camera
  3. Confirm if the local firewall has been programmed to allow the camera to communicate with the outside world
  4. Confirm the public IP address the alert is coming from is programmed properly in Immix
