Most security cameras have a static IP information programmed and could be missing certain information for communicating to the outside world. Here is a list of items to check.
- Check to see if a DNS server has been programmed into the camera
- Check to see if a Gateway has been programmed into the camera
- Confirm if the local firewall has been programmed to allow the camera to communicate with the outside world
- Confirm the public IP address the alert is coming from is programmed properly in Immix
