When checking or applying licenses in Evolon Edge, ensuring the time/date is synced properly will reduce the number of issues that can occur.

Situation 1: When the license is loaded, it disappears.  This happens most often when the license is time based and is beyond the expiration date, per the cameras time-date reference.

Situation 2: The app reports an invalid Date-Time.  This happens when a cameras time-date has been moved back.  Correct the cameras time and the license should show properly.  If the time has not changed, contact Evolon Support.
