If when turning the application on, it immediately turns off. Check the system logs on the camera to see if it displays “Segfault: Error 11” when the Evolon Edge is started. If it does, delete and reinstall the application. If the issue persist, restore or factory default the camera as this issue can persist through a firmware upgrade.
